EMDR Intensive Packages
EMDR intensives provide extended, uninterrupted time to process trauma in a way that weekly therapy often cannot. These intensives are intentionally structured, nervous-system informed, and integrate EMDR, parts work (ego states), and mindfulness to support deep, sustainable healing.
Benefits of the Intensive Format
-
Deeper trauma processing with built-in regulation
-
Space to work with protective parts instead of fighting them
-
Greater nervous system stability and felt safety
-
Time-efficient care for demanding schedules
-
Reduced emotional “spillover” between sessions
-
Support for attachment wounds and identity repair
All intensives are private pay priced at 200$ per hour, rounded to the nearest half hour. See package details and pricing below.

Full-Day EMDR Intensive

Recurring Half-Day EMDR Intensives
3–4 Hours | Every 2–3 Weeks | $600–$800 Per Session
For some clients, the most effective and sustainable approach is working in focused half-day intensives spaced over time, rather than completing all processing in a single long day or back-to-back days.
This model offers depth and integration—allowing your nervous system time to settle, process, and apply changes between sessions.
This Option May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have complex or layered trauma, but prefer a slower, more contained pace
Tend to feel emotionally or physically depleted after longer sessions
Need more integration time between processing phases
Have protective parts that benefit from trust-building over time
Want deeper work than weekly therapy allows, without the intensity of full-day or multi-day formats
Balance trauma work with work, caregiving, or family demands
Are highly functional but notice delayed emotional or somatic responses after therapy
This option is especially supportive for individuals with attachment wounds, chronic stress exposure, or secondary trauma, including first responders, military members, and spouses who carry ongoing responsibility.
How Recurring Half-Day Intensives Work
Sessions are scheduled every 2–3 weeks, allowing space for:
Nervous-system settling
Real-life integration
Noticing patterns, triggers, and shifts
Each session includes preparation, EMDR reprocessing, and integration
Targets are selected intentionally across sessions rather than rushed
The pace adapts to your capacity and readiness at each stage
This model often creates more sustainable change for clients who need consistency without overwhelm.
Required Intake & Follow-Up Sessions
To ensure safety, readiness, and meaningful integration, all EMDR intensives include two required virtual sessions:
1-Hour Intake Session – $150 (Virtual)
Conducted at least 48 hours before the intensive
Assesses readiness, history, goals, and nervous-system capacity
Establishes targets, resources, and pacing
Ensures the intensive is an appropriate and ethical fit
1-Hour Follow-Up / Closure Session – $150 (Virtual)
Scheduled One Week after completion of the intensive
Supports integration and stabilization
Addresses residual activation or questions
Helps translate gains into daily life
These sessions are required and billed separately from the intensive.
