Supervision for RCSWI in Florida
I am currently accepting Registered Clinical Social Work Interns (RCSWI) in the state of Florida for Clinical Supervision toward Licensure. I have availability to meet for supervision sessions in person near coral springs, or virtually. I aim to keep supervision sessions meaningful, affordable, and accessible.
My work is grounded in trauma-focused and nervous-system-informed care, with primary modalities including EMDR, parts-based/ego state work, and mindfulness-based approaches. Interns are trained to understand trauma not just cognitively, but experientially—learning how stress, attachment, and unresolved experiences live in the body and shape clinical presentation over time.
Beyond clinical skills, I am deeply passionate about helping interns develop their professional identity as therapists. This includes learning how to trust clinical intuition, tolerate uncertainty, work with countertransference, hold ethical boundaries, and show up authentically in the room—without burning out or over-functioning.
Supervision emphasizes:
Trauma-informed case conceptualization
Working with dissociation, attachment wounds, and nervous system states
Integrating evidence-based modalities with relational presence
Developing confidence, clarity, and sustainability as a clinician
My goal is to help interns leave not only with stronger clinical competence, but with a grounded sense of who they are as therapists—so they can practice with integrity, self-trust, and longevity in this field.
Investment:
*Individual Supervision- $75/hr
*2:1 Individual Supervision- $45/hour per person
*Group Supervision (3-5 participants) –
$ 40/hour per person
For Agencies to include Military, First Responder Units, Non-profits, and Corporations
I partner with agencies, organizations, and leadership teams to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based support following high-stress or critical incidents, as well as proactive mental wellness education designed to reduce burnout and improve long-term resilience.
Critical Incident EMDR (R-TEP) services offer structured, nervous-system-informed stabilization and early intervention after traumatic events. Using the EMDR Recent Traumatic Episode Protocol (R-TEP), support is delivered in a way that respects operational demands while helping individuals process acute stress responses, reduce symptom escalation, and restore a sense of safety and control. Services can be adapted for individuals, teams, or group formats, and are appropriate for first responders, healthcare professionals, military-connected organizations, and other high-risk occupations.
Mental Wellness Presentations are practical, engaging trainings that translate trauma science into accessible, real-world tools. Presentations focus on topics such as:
Understanding stress, trauma, and the nervous system
Preventing burnout and cumulative trauma
Improving emotional regulation and performance under pressure
Building sustainable coping strategies for high-demand roles
All services are delivered with professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural awareness of high-responsibility professions. The goal is not just crisis response—but supporting healthier teams/groups, improved functioning, and long-term workforce sustainability.
